CEP America congratulates
St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital in Ventura County, California, for receiving
Avatar International's 2011 Innovation Award - Honorable Mention.
The award recognizes consistently high-quality care across multiple service lines, as well as innovative solutions to improve the overall patient experience.
“Through the collaboration of Emergency Department (ED) physician leaders, nursing leaders, and the new Transformational Care Program, a multidisciplinary approach was used to improve the care practices of the ED,” said Laurie Eberst, President and CEO for St. John’s Hospitals in Oxnard and Camarillo. “This collaborative approach established the foundation for realizing success by placing the focus on service excellence and creating a Culture of Healing. I am proud of everyone who contributed to this effort at our hospitals."
St. John's Hospitals have partnered with CEP America since 2011 and together see over 61,000 patients in their EDs every year.
Congratulations!
