All physicians enter the Partnership and progress in an explicitly defined and consistent manner. The organization is governed by its Partners, offering full participation, transparency and fairness.
Local independence with national practice support
Each of our practices is unique, whether it’s Emergency or Hospitalist Medicine, Ambulatory Care, or other specialties. That’s why our Partners have local decision-making autonomy regarding management, allocation of administrative stipends, work schedules and staff management. At the same time, Partners benefit from having access to proven clinical and administrative programs and expertise from within the Partnership, and comprehensive practice management support.
