New Partner Orientation
CEP America’s New Partner Committee strives to integrate new Partners into the Partnership and serve as the “voice” of the physicians. The Committee provides the following services to new Partners:

- Training on the Partnership’s technology tools
- Benefits election
- Completing credentialing process
- Compliance document review
- Malpractice insurance review

Leadership Opportunities
To encourage the professional growth of our Partners, CEP America offers several opportunities for physicians to prepare for more prominent roles within CEP America and their hospital sites. These programs give Partners the skills necessary to manage providers, perform the administrative duties required by physician leaders, and drive innovation in improving the quality of care.
