Emergency Department Management
CEP's goal has always been to develop physician practice autonomy and an effective client hospital team that focuses on the needs and issues unique to each Emergency Department. CEP creates an emergency medical group dedicated primarily to each of its client hospitals, yet is supported by a broad-based network of 55 ED Medical Directors, eight Regional Directors, MedAmerica Practice Management Consultants (PMCs), as well as numerous administrative programs and services. The PMC provides day-to-day account management support, assisting in monitoring the pulse of the client relationship and identifying opportunities to increase client satisfaction and enhance overall Emergency Department performance. CEP links all Emergency Departments and physician partners to its extensive management resources through its own proprietary intranet and website.
