CEP America holds a unique position in the speaking arena in that all 900+ Partners, even those in leadership positions, are required to work a minimum number of emergency department (ED) shifts every month in order to maintain an active status in the Partnership. Because CEP Partners are in the ED every day and know first-hand the challenges and issues facing emergency medicine, they are better able to deliver an elite level of speaking and consulting since they are actually “doing the work.”
